What are your max capacity and minimums?
The maximum capacity of Whispering Woods Venue is 150 people.
What time can I set up for my event? If I have an evening/night event, can I clean up the following day?
Unless otherwise approved, the cleanup must be done on the night of your event.
Do you have power for outdoor events on the lawn?
Yes! We have power located in several areas for lighting and music. We have power access to accommodate food trucks.
What is included in the venue rental?
When you rent our venue, you'll have access to a variety of amenities including a bridal suite, groomsmen lounge, full kitchen, 1500 sq ft outdoor deck, 2000 sq ft pavilion, grassy areas, and parking on the property. We also provide lighting, tables and chairs for up to 100 guests and some linens and decorations to help make your event special.
Do you allow outside food or alcohol?
We do allow outside catering and bar vendors are welcome!
Is there a sound system for music and microphones?
Yes! We have a bluetooth speaker with a microphone.
Do you require us to book with your preferred vendors?
We do not have a vendor requirement.
Do you allow sparklers?
Yes, seasonally. Not in dry weather or red flag warnings.
How early can my vendors come in to set up?
Vendors can set up as early as needed for day of the event.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes!
